Brett Moch – ’06 Defenceman

April 19, 2022 by Ice Exposure

Birth Date:  2006-06-12

Height & Weight: 6’1″, 180 lbs

Position: Defence

Shot: Left

Hometown:  Lethbridge, Alberta

Current Team: Beaver Valley (KIJHL)

Hockey Aspirations: I am striving to play Junior A in the BCHL, NAHL, or AJHL in the 2025-2026 season. Having experienced at least two years of junior hockey, my goal is to commit to a division 1 NCAA university.

Player Description: I am an intelligent stay-at-home defender who is reliable and always willing to sacrifice for the team. I utilize my competitiveness and my skills in puck protection to dominate my opponents physically and mentally. I play with grit and am always one of the hardest workers on the ice. In addition, I am calm under pressure which allows me to make smart decisions in key positions. My edge work is superior to many other players and this allows me to easily defend forechecks. When needed, my powerful shot can easily get to the net through many players. Given the above, I consider myself as being a player who positively impacts the team every time I step on the ice.
