Hockey Aspirations: My goal for next season is to play Junior A. I am flexible to location and want to play at the highest level I can for the opportunity to keep learning and improving. After Junior, I want to continue to play at university or college as I continue my education. As I continue to grow and develop as a player I want to play at the highest level I can and don’t want to discount any opportunity. I would eventually like to have a career in coaching or athletics.
Player Description: I am a physical player who always plays with intensity and doesn’t quit. I work to own the boards and am hard to play against. I use my body as I finish checks to create opportunities for my team. I play hard at both ends but pride myself on my defensive zone play including penalty kill. I work very hard in games, practices and off-ice activities. My work ethic and intensity keeps me improving and is something I have always relied on. I know ice time is earned and do all I can to make sure I am ready each and every shift. Growing up, I played with three different minor hockey associations across the country (Calgary / Oakville / St. Albert) and can quickly adapt to and fit in with any new group. This year I took the chance to leave home for the opportunity to play in the CSSHL and am mature enough to take the next opportunity that arises.
